Nostos reserves the right to use for its own purposes any material submitted to the site, including text and images, either on the site or in any other form. Nostos  reserves the right to monitor submissions to the site and to edit or reject any submissions.

Reservations

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all reservations made at www.nostos-hove.co.uk or directly by phone or in person. All rates featured on www.nostos-hove.co.uk are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Nostos and /or its’ representitives reserve a right to decline reservations without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so. Reservations will be forfeited if a party is late for more than 15 min.

Payments and Cancellations

While reservations over the phone you’ll need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your booking or complete a deposit payment through a provided secure link. You can secure your reservation using MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or Switch. You can also secure your reservation using the online payments function which utilizes Stripe’s web payments. Payments are made in advance of the reservation (either a deposit of full payment) when reservation through the web site or over the phone. Any cancellations, including COVID related, need to be notified over an email 24 hours in advance of the reservation for a full refund. Any reservations that are cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the reservation are non-refundable and full payment will be due if only a deposit is held. Payments in cash are available on the day of the appointment but only after confirmation with a representative of the business.

Refund Policy

All reservations are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for up to a maximum of 18 months. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used as specified on the voucher. Can not be used in conjunction with offers.

Use of Personal Information

Nostos is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its on-line visitors. When booking we collect the e-mail addresses of our clients. This information is never shared with other parties. We may occasionally contact you with special offers, but all communications will include a clear ‘opt out’ button. Also we do not store any of your financial data and they are only used for the purpose of completing a transaction with our business. We adhere to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (www.pcisecuritystandards.org).
