We are pleased to confirm that we have successfully applied for the We’re Good To Go Industry Standard in relation to our Covid-19 safety measures.

  • Spaced out tables
  • Recording guest details ( for track and trace purposes)
  • All staff are wearing face shields and gloves.
  • We have created multiple disinfection spots.
  • We are managing the flow of people though a queuing system.
  • We are utilising a qr code on each table for customers to access our menu and also using disposable menus.
  • We are regularly disinfecting surfaces across the shop floor.

  • Unfortunately we are experiencing a large percentage of no-show bookings which greatly impacts our ability to operate and offer a good service so we are forced to introduce deposits. A deposit may be required for a booking of 2 or more on certain days.
  • Deposits are non refundable. Deposit payment accepted via credit, debit card or cash and must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are liable for full payment of deposit. All currency is in pound sterling.
  • Where a deposit refund is approved, refunds will be made to the card used to make the original payment. It could take up to 10 working days to receive the funds back into your account.
  • Reservations that are late by more than 15 min will be forfeited.
